Founder & Managing Attorney
Charlene Cadogan's professional background includes legal training and over 15 years of experience in legal services, disability systems, school and public systems advocacy and government policy analysis. She has dedicated years to examining legislation, policies, programs, and service systems, while assisting individuals and families in understanding and navigating complex processes.
Charlene also brings a deeply personal perspective to her work as a parent of a child with significant disabilities. Through firsthand experience navigating education systems, disability services, benefits programs, guardianship considerations, transition planning, and long-term support needs, she understands first
hand challenges families often face when planning for the future. This combination of professional expertise and lived experience allows her to provide practical, informed, and compassionate guidance to families seeking support and direction.
